Playing drums professional is all I know how to do. I’m very protective of my hands. In November 2009, I fell off the backside of a stage and resulted in numerous injuries including hand and finger injuries. Since that fall the first thing I do everyday when I wake up is grab a pair of drumsticks and play some rudiments. But more so I see if I can hold a drumstick that day. Some days I wasn’t able to do so. This really was a scary feeling, knowing that today I couldn’t hold a pair of sticks because of my injuries in my hand. I had tried everything I could think of the get a grip on my sticks so I can play! I tried tape, glue; I even took a buck knife and sliced notches in the stick. Nothing was working!
But those days are all gone and over thanks to Stick Gripps! I came across the Stick Gripps website and I was impressed. I had tried everything I could think of to get a grip on my stick! I wanted to give Stick Gripps a shot! I called Cleve Alleyne the Inventor and Artist Relations for Stick Gripps.
