Usually we ship the items in stock within 5 business days after payment has been received. No returns excepted.
Once you have paid through PayPal we'll send an e-mail to the address registered during the payment process to confirm your order and address for shipping.
If you are buying DIGITAL CONTENT (Mp3 or WAVE files) Please send us an e-mail with proof of your PayPal payment and we'll send the files to you in a
ZIP file.
If you are buying The Bo Swanger Signature Hi-Shaker from Evamar Sound Design you must provide proof of payment and details including shipping address to the following e-mail address: boswanger@mac.com
If you have paid for Online Drum Lessons please send an e-mail with proof of payment and three different dates and times that might work for you to schedule the online lessons. (Please Note: Bo will accept your nick name on Skype or Face Time only If we have received your payment through Paypal)
Please note: If you fail to complete the requested information above your payment will not be returned. Also if you have a confirmed date and time for online lessons and you fail to arrive online for your lesson. Your payment will not be returned.
If you have paid a remote recording session, make sure to send only Pro-Tools Sessions (We DO NOT accept any other format). Logic Sessions can be arranged.
If you require Bo to read and play along to a scored chart (Sheet Music, Nashville Number System ETC) Bo will require for you to send a full copy of such items VIA email in a PDF format.
If your Song, Track, Commercial, Jingle, Film Score and Scored charts (Sheet Music, Nashville Number System ETC) has already been produced and/or recorded and released by any other artist including the original performing or recording artist or writer. Then You will be required to show proof of License (S) for your written consent to produce such products for release privately or publicly. in accordance to the laws in the USA and abroad. Bo will not take part in any such actions/ items. and yes this includes GHOST DRUMMING!!! If at anytime Bo Swanger or B.A.M. Management finds reason to believe that any such items/actions have been taken. Bo Swanger and B.A.M. Management will have no choice other than to relieve our position in your project and notify the authorities and respective A.S.C.A.P. and B.M.I. Representative (S) and possibly lead to legal action taken. and no. your payment will not be returned!
